Dug-
I paid $550 as I remember. They're made out of white heavy marine vinyl. My starboard is a 2-piece with a break at the ladder and velcro tabs along with the snaps to hold the cushions together. The canvas guy's recommendation was that when I fished, I'd be up and down the ladder, and would only want to use the front piece so the back piece wouldn't get wrecked early. Two years later and they still look like new--I take them off, wipe them down, and store them in the cabin when they aren't in use. On the other hand, Doug C. had a one piece cushion made with holes in it for the ladder.
I'd get a local guy to do it if I were you. When I had my cushions made I wanted them to use the existing snaps on the sides of the boxes.
