Dug,

Our cushions were expensive. But then we didn't have any to start with. You might want to consider another option that I used for the cushions on my Pompanette cockpit chairs. I used a white vinyl spray sold through the Eastwood automotive restoration catalog. First step was a cleaner spray and, once dry, just shoot a couple of coats of white. Turned out great and saved lots of money. This all depends on the physical condition of your cushions. If they're torn, split or have failed stitching...new ones are probably best.
