holding tank

capt. patrick i have a question that has not been asked on this board before.i have a gen on the port side of the port engine and the battery bank in the center between engines,this leaves me the area on the starboard side of the starboard engine to install a holding tank.i would like to utilize the 23 degree angle of the hull to gain maximum volumn without height.i just want a 4"flat at the bottom for bilge water to run thru sort of a trapozoid.my question is if any special lay up is needed due to black water as oppose to following your parts index advise on a battery box with a solid top of course with vents,any special considerations for black water? ---------thank you
