I'd go over the whole cooling system--like Dick said, check the manifold bolts, but I'd also check the condition of the manifolds and risers. I'd also check the engine water pump, as well as the heat exchanger. I'd replace all belts and hoses, and also take a look at the engine oil and tranny oil coolers as well. While your at it, check the condition of the oil lines to the coolers--if they're cracked at all, I'd replace (not cheap). My 2 cents.
