I would take the plate off the raw water pumps and replace the impellers. I also would loosen and then re-tighten the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the block. If the bolts have rust on the heads, I would replace them with stainless steel ones and put anti size on them. One at a time and replace that one before taking a second one out. The bolts seem to freeze on to the manifold and the heads rust there by becoming smaller so that a wrench won't grab it proprely and it becomes stripped. With the engines out, it should be easy.

I wonder what the other advice will be. Yeah, I need and like advice! Especially from here.
