Mike:
Question...i already have a 5 gallon hotwater heater under my galley sink that is heated either by electric (on dockside power) or engine coolant (when engine is running). I have the perfect spot to install a BUS heater right next to the tank...do you think there would be any issue in running my plumbing as follows:
coolant leaves hotside of engine H/E...then into the IN port on the hot water heater, then OUT of the hotwater heater and IN to the "in" port on the BUS heater, then OUT of the BUS heater and back to the engine.
...this would simplify my install by eliminating the need for me to run new coolant hoses to and from the engines...i could simply install the BUS heater on the same "circuit". Just don't know how much pressure/volume the engine's water pump produces...while i'd love to stay warm, I don't want to create engine overheat problems...
Thanks
Joeps...the engines are 3208T's
