JK:
The unit you purchased will probably produce about 400 CFM and is equivalent to one ton of air conditioning. It will cool 400 square feet adequately as a rule of thumb.
I'd have a sheet metal hvac guy make a small discharge plenum to connect to the blower. Make sure it is insulated, as it will sweat in the summer otherwise.
I'd purchase one box of insulated round duct, probably 6" round. They come in 25' lengths.
I'd then have the sheet metal guy install two round take offs on the plenum.
You can run the duct any where you want. You may want to put manual dampers in the duct or at the transition so you can cool down the cabin when you are not running and vice versa.
Remeber natural convection, hot air rises cold air falls.
Where are you located?
Feel free to email me.
