I'd get another estimate and ask a Charter Boat Fleet owner where he goes. Those guys usually know where reliable reasonable service is. I always use to sand it down good or sand blast. Clean good and 3 coats of Micron CSC good for 1 1/2 season. You'll wish you were back on a lift as the running gear is the hard part to keep not getting fouled. Best to go all the way down and prime with epoxy then bottom paint. At least 2 coats . 3 is better. Dave K
