It looks like the common denominator here is bleach. I use Clorox Gel to remove stains that Dawn and warm water won't get. With the deck wet, I squirt some here and there and spread it with a deck brush. Let it stand for a minute or so and scrub with the Dawn and warm water. Then rinse well with plenty of water. I like the gel since it's easy to control what surfaces you want to clean and it's easy to store on the boat. It melts away leaf "fossils" and the dreaded spider crap. I highly recommend it.
