I had a real issue with mine sitting under the trees all summer. The whole boat was grey with mildew and leaf stains.

I got Clorox Outdoors and a pump type insectacide sprayer from the hardware store. I followed the directions and diluted it to a medium strength with water. The stains litteraly dissapeared before my eyes. I would do a small area, brush and rinse all within a few minutes.

Not sure how safe this is for the gel coat, but nothing I had (simple green, grease lightning, etc) would get rid of the embedded mildew and leaf stains.
