I started a second notebook. The first one for Bertram repair and maintenance tips; the second for your recipes. Just made shrimp remoulade last week for a Halloween party. Interested to see what you think of this one.
Finely chop 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup green onions, 1/2 cup parsley, 1/4 cup dill pickle, and 1-1/2 tblsp garlic. Combine with 3/4 cup grey poupon, 2 tblsp horseradish, 3/4 cup salad oil, 1/8 cup red wine vinegar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tblsp worchester sauce. Toss in 1 pound shrimp and pour over romaine lettuce.
Try it sometime and see if I have any coonass potential.
