Boats and wood

A shooting buddy of mine called and asked if I could help his son with a report for school.
Seems his teacher is a flaming tree hugger, even to the point of taking the kids outside and making them hug a tree. He wanted me to write something on how wood is used in boats.
So I came up with the following.
What do you think?
*******************************There once was a pair of lonely trees in the rain forest.
Mr Mahogany and Mr Teak. They were the only ones left of their kind because of the beauty they provided. Hug, Hug.
Off in the distance they heard the sound of chain saws approaching. As there were no trees around them, they had a clear view but couldn't see anything.
This went on for several weeks till Mr Teak and Mr Mahogany finally passed out from sleep deprivation.
All of a sudden they awoke to the severe pain and noise of a saw.
After losing their last breaths and succuming to the detachment of their roots, they were dragged off to be cut into nice planks. These planks were eventually turned into beautiful cabinetry aboard the yacht of one of Haliburtons corporate executives, who after the first look, never acknowledged them again.
Mr Teak and Mr Mahogany were eventually consumed by fire aboard the yacht and gone forever.
Insurance investigators determined that the fire was started from dripping melted candle wax on human body parts that got out of hand.
No one left to hug since God did not plant fiberglass trees............................
