Patrick,

Do you still have the original chrome over bronze scupper frames? If so they can be re-chromed and a diamond patterned vinyl sheeting can be had at Boat Owner's Warehouse to use as replacement flappers. Some of the B31s were done with the suppers well inboard, but should be changed to the outboard corners...

If you can't find the sheeting, I still have some left over from "Buddy Boy"...
