UV, Andre and Moonie told me that Port Eads survived albeit without power. Last update was Entergy had crews working from Port Eads and Venice to get servive back in order. Sounds to me that Port Eads will be available for UVI, now Houseboat accommodations is another story.
UV or Andre can provide more details.
