Bob,
I agree with you 100%. My panel came with a handful of 15A breakers, but had to purchase the rest and got the sizes I needed. I never buy wire or connectors from West, I agree that they are expensive. I do alot of shopping around. I bought most of my wire and connectors from S&J or DelCity.

West is competitive on many things, mostly bigger or high volume items such as a port-a-potty, etc. When I purchase these items at what I know is a fair price, I also get these little $15.00 coupons from West. I use these to get even better deals.

Sunday I got a Sanipottie 5 gal for a list price 119.00 of before they took off the 60.00 in coupons and my discount for being a West Advantage Plus member. So I got it for about 40.00 +/-.

West also matches prices, but you have to do your homework. I'm not hear to wave the West flag. I know that if you don't shop smart they will take every dollar you have. But you can make them work for you. They even let me return a radio that I admitted to blowing when I wired it with the power on. Can't complain about customer service.
