Yannies - Blue Smoke

Need your help, Faithful. Here are the specs - 6YPA-STP (315 hp), 280 hours, valve adjustment just completed, fuel specs OK, blowers washed 30 hours ago, wheels slightly underproped (4050 rpm top end).
Here are the symptoms - starting about 150 hours, both engines started to produce a slight amount of blue smoke. Noticable at idle. Over the past 130 hours, blue smoke at idle has become increasingly noticable to the point that slip neighbors are rightly pissed about my start ups. Oh yeah - it doesn't get any better after warm up. I can run hard on plane for 2 hours, pull back to idle and get the same amount of blue smoke.
What's Up?
