i know this story sounds un believable but its true.i have my bert fbc about 3 years, about a month ago the diesel mechanic comes to me with a book and says "this belong to your boat".i took the 2inch thick loose leaf book with the original bertram lettering across the front.what i have is the oem shop manual with diagrams of the boat every single item has it`s original owner manual----horn,blowers,trim tabs, head, gauges, bonding diagram,a/c print, wiring diagram, technical dia.,battery charger, tons of info on the oem cummins 504.all diagrams have the bertram yacth stamp on the lower right.i love the "word of welcome"your bertram 31 is built of the finest, most modern material and is manufacture under rigid quality control.her hull is of high inpact,muti-laminate fiberglass.high pressure laminates and vinyl throughout. ok listen to the last line "to fully enjoy your bertram, you should understand her completly.as durable as she is she will need bathing and reasonable care. this is back in 1973 they new she would be a obsession in the faithfull of the future!!!!!
