We just removed the dinette area 3 weeks ago. It comes out pretty easily. The supports for the backrest are screwed into the aft and fwd bulkhead. The floor came out easily too, everything is screwed into place and the trick is to find all of the screws. We removed the entire interior, floor and floor supports so I don't know how to remove the dinette area and then level the floor. I'll send you some pics.
