Genset Troubleshooting

I have a phasor 6kw genset(LP6) that continues to kick out on me. From start up, it ususally runs for about an hour or so, then just cuts out. Once it dies, I can start it right back up, and it will sometimes run for another hour or so, sometimes it dies right away. It is a brand new unit and this problem has occured since the initial installation. There is a high water temp saftey cut out, and a low oil pressure cut out, but I have watched the gauges, and they don't even flutter right before it cuts out. at first I thought it might be overloaded with my AC and other various items, but I ran it without a load it still dies. I have changed the racor, and fuel pump, but no change there. my only thought is that it might be a bad saftey switch on for oil or water, but in order to get to them, I am going to have to unbolt the unit and try and slide it out(it is on OB side of Port engine). Any suggestions to ease my frustration would be greatly appreciated. Also, Where will the faithful be at the Lauderdale show, I will be there the entire time, and would love to finally meet some of you guys.

Br,
Patrick Nutt
