Livewell Timer, Help From the Faithful

This weekend my livewell timer that I bought from Cabellos 1 1/2 years ago bit the dust. It will not adjust and has almost a constant run. Being as this was rated at only 10 Amps and my Jabsco Waterpuppy draws 8 and a litle more on surge perhaps some of the avid fisherman here have a better recomendation? I like it's operation when it worked but as it was bad a good way to get a dead battery on an overnighter. I had to leave that engine on most of the night at idle so I would not have a dead 8D battery. It worked but the fish and weather were not co-operating 6-7 foot head sea. 7 footers all night long. Weather said 2-3 Ft. Ha !Thanks in advance gang. Dave K
