The "Falcon"

My son and I passed a boat yard in Lindenhurst NY on the Merrick Road or the Montauk. He noticed a 31 FBC that is either for sale or in the process of being restored.The boat was named "Falcon."
Does anyone have any info about it? The restoration (viewed at the legal speed limit) appears to be first class.
