winterizing

Question for all who winterize there engines. What type of antifreeze do you recommend to winterize the engines. I see alot of people using the pink stuff, is that good enough protection or should I use the -80 or the -100 antifreeze. I live in Md, so it does not get or stay as cold as New York or New England. Thanks Mike
