31 FBC for sale

There is a 1966 31 FBC for sale in Freeport Long Island. I made a call to find out some particulars. She has 1996 454 Mercruiser MPI motors with less than 100 hours. She comes with electronics and autopilot, hot and cold water, radar arch and enclosure on the bridge, pulpit with windlass, Lee jr's on the arch, glass cockpit(looks homemade, but nice), the hull is a sky or powder blue color. Was told the owner is getting out of boating. I have seen this boat here for the past 7 years for winter storage, and she has always appeared to be well maintained.
