Have a '66 Bahia Mar that I'm in the process of redoing. I keep finding more and more to tear out as I get into the project. The decks are out, cabin/vberth/head torn out, all electrical out and last week the main cabin bulkhead came out.

In the process of grinding away all of the old tabbing and making new parts to be installed. I'm trying to do everything but the new engine installation (Cummins QSB 300's hopefully), exterior paint and the tower myself. Figure I have about 18 months before I send it for engine installation.

Using Cabrer's decks and vberth kit and making the new bulkheads, interior partitions and cabinets myself.

Long road ahead. I'm am trying to keep a detailed spread sheet of my time spent and costs involved over the course of the whole project. Should be interesting to look back on it when I'm done and see how the numbers came out.
