I've used the MAS and West. Both worked well with no problems. When comparing them $$, be sure to include the cost of hardener and consider the mix ratio, so that you're comparing total volume of your mixed product. As I remember, West is 5-1, and MAS is maybe 2-1. The advantage with MAS was that it was supposed to develop less/no blush when cured, making the application of a second coat over a cured first coat a little easier. I've also used Interlux epoxy, and it worked fine also.

That being said, I pretty much always use West out of habit, and never use the pumps. Get measuring cups.
