Older 31 Sportfish for sale

I was down in OCMD yesterday to talk to Jimmy Hudson about a few things I am having done this off season and I noticed a older 31 Sportfish sitting in his boatyard. When I asked about it he said the owner is looking to sell it. He also say there was some talk that the #2 hull was in his yard? Don't know how much truth there is to that. Here is what I know. The boat looks to be maybe a mid 60's with fairly fresh gas engines. She has a tower and new deck. The rest of the gel-coat is all crackled. I heard the guy is trying to get around 50K, which seems high to me, but who knows what he might take. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll get you the info.
