can't tell you where to have it done in Mass, but Dave Mitchell in Hawthorne NJ doe a lot of work on B31's and is very reasonable, and does quality work. big cleats $22, Lee medium rod holders $23, large $25, bowlight/chock totaled $53. Turnaround time varies from 2 weeks to a month.....but the wait will be worth it.
