High Tech Cabin Sole

Well, it didn't happen as quick as I wanted, but Tailhook has a new cabin sole. If anyone wants to see it, I can email you a picture taken yesterday.
No, it is not teak and holley. It is in fact, FAKE teak and holley. Same stuff Viking uses in their boats as well as Hatt!
It is very thin (I think 2mm) strips of synthetic teak and holley. We glued them down (can only use this company's glue -- nothing else will stick) to pvc foam board that we vacuum bagged.
Result is a beautiful teak and holley sole. Each panel weighs in around 8lbs. And they can be hosed off. Much stronger than the plywood that was in there.
