We have Volvos in the Rumrunner, They use no fuel, have not burned 1 qt of oil all year. and run 23 knots all day and night. Manasquan to Newport RI 110 gals. The only thing that has happened in 3 years is 1 water pump and 1 trans and the engines were not new. Water pump was 250.00 and Trans was 1800.00 rebuilt by Cary Diesel in Delaware.

Just some defense of Volvos.
