First we need a little more information.

1. I assume these are the 150 HP motors.
2. What is the rated RPM for the motors.
3. What transmisiions and gear ratios do you have? You can not even make a guess at the pitch without knowing the gear ratio.
4. What diameter props do you have now? And how much tip clearance do you have with these props

It sounds like some one damaged a prop and just replaced it with whatever was available, or cheapest.
